Using a unique blend of AI and human intelligence, DataEQ filters social media and online conversation to optimize social customer service, generate new CX insights, manage risk, and improve financial conduct reporting.

A growth-focused leader with a track record of building technology businesses, Nic was part of the founding leadership team that built and sold an African digital agency group (Quirk) to WPP. Today, he is helping grow DataEQ into a global data business with a presence in Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
